Parking at Costco

Around 5:08pm, I come out to find that someone had parked their large work truck in front of my car. I noticed that they truck was over the parking lines and his bumper up against mine. I had Costco staff come look at it and asked if there was any protocol. The manager came out (Angela) and said there wasn't any protocol for parking accidents.  Truck information 2019 Chevy 2500 HD A step back to show that the person who was driving didn't park correctly as he again was over the parking space guides, but also, my car wasn't even close to fill my guidelines.
